In the FBI probe of HRC and her private email server. which illegally held more than a hundred classified documents - including more than twenty "Top Secret" documents, several witnesses were granted immunity. These witnesses asked for immunity because they had participated in committing numerous felonies in connection with the mishandling of classified documents and conspiracy.
Mills was HRC's Chief of Staff at the State Department. She was also the liaison to the Clinton Foundation. She was granted immunity AFTER she had been interviewed by the FBI. Mills was also allowed to sit in on the FBI interview of HRC, another violation of FBI policy.
Samuelson was HRC's liaison to the White House. She participated in the selection and deletion of emails from the HRC server, deciding which were business and which were personal.
Bentel was the State Department's Director of Information Resources Management and had direct oversight of all of State's email. He was granted immunity BEFORE being interviewed by the FBI.
Pagliano is a former HRC campaign staffer whom she hired into the State Department and directed him to set up the infamous server in her home. He also managed the server during HRC's entire term at State. He was granted immunity BEFORE he was interviewed by the FBI. After being immunized he was subpoenaed by by two House committees investigating HRC's email and mismanagement of classified material. In each case he invoked the 5th Amendment and refused to testify, even though already immunized by DOJ.
Combetta is a technician employed by Platte River Networks, which is the private firm HRC hired in 2013 to manage and back up her email network. Combetta received Justice Department immunity AFTER and despite of apparently misleading the FBI about his decision to delete backups of Clinton’s emails while they were under congressional subpoena.
FBI Director personally made the decisions to grant these suspects immunity, justifying his actions by invoking the "little fish to big fish" analogy. He was successful in "getting the goods" on the big fish, HRC. But then he panicked and faint-heartedly gave away the case. He claimed that "Intent" could not be established.
Intent is not an element of the crimes being investigated. Since the elements of a crime MUST be established BEFORE any grant of immunity, then either the immunity was outside DOJ policy or irrelevant. But even if Intent were an element of the crimes it was easily established by the deletion, after subpoena, of thousands of emails from the HRC server. Not only intent, but the additional crimes of Obstruction of Justice and Conspiracy.
James Comey didn't make a mistake. He intentionally misled the public about the results of the FBI's investigation. He intentionally subverted justice and turned a blind eye to additional felony crimes. James Comey should should have resigned on principle. Oh, I forgot, he threw away his principles to serve Queen Hillary.
