I see the FBI is cracking down on bribes paid to coaches and players by corporations such as Nike, UA, and others. Like this is something new? Really? We got athletes from the inner cities driving Chrysler 300s and wearing expensive clothes and jewelry, and nobody questions how that could happen?
You think this means the FBI might start investigating corruption among politicians? College athlete bribes are pocket change compared to the bribes paid to dishonest politicians for self serving favors. Course that would mean one govt agency (FBI) investigating other govt agencies, not to mention the politicians to whom the FBI is dependent. Good grief, we can't even get the FBI to investigate the Clinton Foundation, IRS, Benghazi, Hillary's email crimes and giving 20% of our uranium sources to Russia, nor Obama's subversive OFA project.
Bribing athletes effects sports and companies that benefit from sports. Bribing politicians effects the very survival of the country. Not to mention effecting the net worth of pork fed senators, congressmen and judges. In spite of the damage being done to American citizens, I don't think anyone in the gov't is anxious to stir the sewer/swamp.
If we want to get rid of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats, DC would become a ghost town. Be nothing left that represents honesty but a handful of the Freedom Caucus members and the statue of Abraham Lincoln.
