The Social Media Oligarchs

"Peter" has some thoughts about the suppression of free speech.

The Democrats have spent the last four years complaining about Russian interference in our elections. I have a few questions for them about interference.

 

Did the Russians censor and stop the publication of the New York Post article prior to the election about the Biden family's involvement in bribery and corruption involving China and Ukraine? No, it was Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey that put the kibosh on the article, with the help of cooperating liberal news outlets and reporters.

 

Did the Russians conspire to not ask any pertinent questions of Biden prior to the election? No, that was the liberal main stream media.

 

Did the Russians nullify the election laws in blue states to allow tens of millions of mail-in ballots that didn't require a signature verification? No, that was the Democrats in charge of those states.

 

Now the Democrats and their social media oligarch sponsors want Trump supporters banned at every level and prevented from speaking their mind in any forum. They have stated publicly that Trump supporters must be "re-educated" like cult members. They want us to shut up, go home and never run for public office.

 

The First Amendment is suffering it's worst attack in two centuries. These liberal multibillionaire oligarchs truly think they can take your Constitutional rights away from you because they are rich and powerful.

 

The Second Amendment is suffering its worst attack ever. The NRA has been hounded into bankruptcy and out of New York by the Democrats running that failing state. They are relocating to Texas to re-incorporate without affecting member services. But make no mistake, the Democrats in blue states are coming for your guns. The Democrats are afraid of people who own guns. When the Capitol is surrounded by 25,000 troops and nine foot walls the fear is evident. When did this nation ever have armed troops surrounding every state house in every state? Not even during the Civil War.

 

They're not doing this because they're actually afraid; they're doing it to give the appearance that there is something to fear. They want the American people to be afraid of conservatives for political purposes. They want Americans to vote for security over freedom in future elections. Don't be fooled into giving up any rights or freedom in exchange for a perceived personal security. If you don't stand up to them they will take what they want.

 

That's what the social media oligarchs want; An obedient population to bleed dry. They have a global, not national, perspective on politics because politicians create opportunities for profit making. It's always about the money.

I think we're screwed. They have already shown their muscle when it comes to shutting down free speech. They have the NRA on the run, so we are going to have to work a lot harder to hold the line.

Don’t conclude NRA is financially broke because of the bankruptcy filing. Far from it. It’s a tactical move on the part of NRA to protect their wealth. Done all the time to shield assets when suits are being flung about like apes tossing their excrement in zoo cages.

When Larry Page, Ted Cook, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates met with CCP President Xi Jinping and his entourage last year it put me in mind of the Apalachin meeting of Mafia Bosses that took place in 1957, settling the details for scratching each other's backs and maximizing profits. They are morally equivalent, but the Mafia was nowhere near as powerful or as dangerous as the Silicon Oligarchs backed by the Chinese.
